Aguardiente de orujo (Grappa)

Galicia calidade

There are aromas that can transmit all the tradition of a land, flavours that evoke an ancestral origin. Our aguardiente has Galicia in its heart.

  • Geographical indication Orujo of Galicia.
  • 100% aguardiente de orujo, a “Coupage” of selected aguardientes, obtained from the distillation of bagasse (skin, seeds and pulp residue) from Ponte da Boga.
  • A mixture of 20% Albariño grape skins, providing aroma, and 80% Mencía.
  • Steam distillation. A low pressure system that filters and drags the best volatile substances rejecting the degradation compounds. Subsequently, the product is stirred to homogenise the liqueur, obtaining distillates of the highest quality and organoleptic complexity.
