ADEGA PONTE DA BOGA, S.L., provides you with a purchasing service that enables you to make comfortable online purchases of items that have been specially designed for your customers.
Purchasing through the online shop (“Shop”) is very easy. All you have to do is access the Shop and choose the product you want, add it to the Shopping Trolley to process the order, and pay the required amount using the accepted means of payment that are given in these Terms and Conditions.
We recommend that you read these Terms and Conditions of Purchase (hereinafter, the “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before placing an order. By using or placing an order on this website, you acknowledge that you are aware of these Terms and Conditions, as well as those others that govern browsing through this site and that you can consult on it, which you accept and by which you agree to be bound. Thus, if you do not agree with the contents in full of the Terms and Conditions, you must not proceed with the order or complete the purchase of the product in question.
These Terms and Conditions can be modified at any time, with the applicable Terms and Conditions being the ones in force at the time of purchase. If any of these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid, null and void, or ineffective for any reason, that condition shall be deemed excluded, without that declaration affecting the validity or the enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.

ADEGA PONTE DA BOGA, S.L., sells and distributes the products offered in this service. Sales operations shall be considered to have been carried out in the customer’s habitual place of residence.
Purchases shall only be processed for a final destination in the Iberian Peninsula (expressly excluding goods purchased and subsequently delivered to Melilla, the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, and Portugal).
How to buy
You can browse the Shop and choose the products that are of interest to you.
Clicking on the selected product gives you information on its characteristics and availability. You can buy items by clicking on the “Add to my basket” button or the “Purchase” button. If you are a Club Ponte da Boga member, you can log in with your username and password to the area reserved for Club Ponte da Boga members. You will follow the same purchasing process; in addition, you will have the option to choose items ordered in your previous purchases for the process to be quicker.
When you have chosen all the products you wish to purchase, you must click on the “Confirm Order” button, after which you will see the total amount and the detailed summary of your purchase, informing you of the amount to be paid based on the purchase of the product. At all times during the purchasing process, you can check the items chosen and added to the Basket, as well as their total amount.
Once the order has been placed, we shall confirm receipt of the order by sending you an e-mail message to the address provided when you gave your details for the delivery of the order, or, if you are a Club Ponte da Boga member, to the e-mail address that you have set for the process. You can check the status of your order at any time in the Shop, in the section called ‘My Orders’.
You can cancel the Order free of charge whilst it is Pending or In Preparation.
Each product’s price, availability, and other conditions and characteristics are as shown on the website at the time of making your purchase, except in the case of an obvious mistake. If there is an obvious mistake relating to the price or any other characteristic of a product, you will be informed of the matter, so that you can decide whether to continue with the purchase under the actual conditions that have been made known to you, or to cancel the order, in which case we shall refund you any amount that you have paid. Sending automatic confirmation of receipt of order does not validate the erroneous price conditions or characteristics of the product. ADEGA PONTE DA BOGA, S.L., is not required to process an order that contain an obvious mistake in the information provided.
You must be aged over 18 to make a purchase. Consequently, by accepting these legal terms and conditions, users declare that they are aged over 18.
The goods offered for sale in the Shop are covered by the related legal guarantee, which the user accepts.
Prices and payment
The prices of items for sale are shown at all times in the Shop.
Prices are shown in euros. All prices include Value-Added Tax (V.A.T.).
Product prices shown do not include transport, packaging, and insurance costs.
The final summary of the purchase shall identify the product(s) purchased and the total price thereof (with a separate indication of transport costs and any other costs).
Shipping costs can be changed at any time without notice. That change shall apply from the time the modification appears on the Shop’s website. In any case, valid shipping costs shall be those indicated when the order is placed.
Payment shall be made by bank card or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB and Discover), or through the PayPal system. No form of payment shall be accepted other than the ones specifically set out in these Terms and Conditions.
ADEGA PONTE DA BOGA, S.L., shall use the Shop to indicate item availability.
However, when the order is processed, if a product is not available or if difficulties should arise in relation to product supply, ADEGA PONTE DA BOGA, S.L., shall notify the matter as soon as possible to the e-mail address provided. In such a case, ADEGA PONTE DA BOGA, S.L., reserves the right to supply another product with similar characteristics and of equal or higher quality, or to terminate the purchase agreement with the customer, in which case a refund shall be made of any amount paid for the said product.
Deadlines that may be given in relation to delivering items are indicative, and they do not, under any circumstances, constitute a firm undertaking on the part of ADEGA PONTE DA BOGA, S.L. In any case, delivery shall be made within thirty (30) days of the order being received.
In order to avoid delivery incidents (e.g. wrong addresses, people not at home, etc.), it is essential to fill in the purchase form correctly, and it is recommended that a contact telephone number be given in the appropriate box.
If the delivery date cannot be met for any reason, we shall notify you. You will have the choice of continuing to wait for the order to reach you, or setting a new delivery date, or cancelling the order and receiving a full refund of the price paid.
Deliveries are not made on Saturday, Sundays, and public holidays, or to post-office boxes.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a delivery shall be deemed complete when the order is signed for at the agreed delivery address.
If delivery is not possible, the order shall be returned to our warehouses.
Policy on exchanges and / or returns
The following situation may arise when returning a product:
I received an item that was damaged in transport, or that was despatched in error
When you receive an order, you must ensure that the product has not been damaged in transport and that it is the product purchased.
The package received must appear externally to be in good condition. If that is not the case, you must note that fact on the haulier’s delivery note, refuse the delivery, and notify the matter within 24 hours of receipt of the order, by telephone, or in writing via the “Contact Us” section of our website.
If there are no external signs that the package was damaged during transport, once the haulier’s delivery note has been signed, you must open the order and check the goods. In case of breakage, imperfection, or wear and tear affecting the product, or if the product is non-compliant, due to transport (those matters not being obvious at the time of delivery), you must notify the matter within 24 hours of receiving the order, doing so in writing via the “Contact Us” section of our website.
It is essential that you follow the instructions for returning an item that you are given by ADEGA PONTE DA BOGA, S.L.
The cost of returning an item shall be refunded in the case of a damaged item or an item sent in error.
The item I received is unsatisfactory, and I have decided to return it (withdrawal from purchase) or exchange it for another item
If you are unsatisfied, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise your entitlement to withdrawal. If you exercise that entitlement, you have 14 calendar days from the date of sending the withdrawal document in which to return the product. To exercise the entitlement to withdrawal, you must complete, sign, and return the Withdrawal Document, which you can find here. Once the withdrawal request has been received, ADEGA PONTE DA BOGA, S.L., shall send an e-mail message to acknowledgement receipt.
The item must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with the cork intact, and with documentation, accessories, or gifts included. After the condition of the item has been checked, ADEGA PONTE DA BOGA, S.L., shall refund the amount of your purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, using the same method of payment as used by the customer.
The customer shall be liable for return transport costs. Similarly, we hereby inform you that you shall be liable for the fall in value of returned goods arising from handling other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, or functioning.
To exchange on item for another, the first item must be returned and another purchase must be made.

Restrictions on purchasing
Purchasing products through the Shop is subject to a series of restrictions: (i) minors cannot purchase items; (ii) products cannot be purchased for subsequent resale; (iii) purchases and despatches shall be processed only for mainland Spain.
Entitlement to refuse an order
ADEGA PONTE DA BOGA, S.L., reserves the right to cancel any order, or to refuse a confirmed order, for the following reasons:
- In case of technical and / or typographical error in prices or other details relating to products contained in the Shop when the order was placed.
- If a product is unavailable, or if difficulties arise in relation to supplying a product.
- When there are signs that the order may be fraudulent, or if there is a risk to system security or any other type of risk.
If the amounts have been paid, ADEGA PONTE DA BOGA, S.L., shall make a full refund of those amounts if the order is cancelled or refused.
Liability of ADEGA PONTE DA BOGA, S.L., and customer guarantees
ADEGA PONTE DA BOGA, S.L., shall not be liable for: (i) any losses or damage suffered by items that are not attributable to any non-fulfilment on its part, (ii) any delays in delivery, provided that they are not attributable to any non-fulfilment on its part.
All guarantees enjoyed by consumers under current legislation from time to time shall apply, as shall any other Commercial Guarantee given directly by the manufacturer of the product purchased, with the latter, including its terms and conditions, being set out in the documentation attached to the product.
ADEGA PONTE DA BOGA, S.L., shall not be liable for fulfilling obligations set out the Commercial Guarantee offered by third parties.
In case of force majeure preventing or delaying the delivery of the product and / or service, the matter shall be notified to the CUSTOMER, together with a suggested new date for delivery of the product, without ADEGA PONTE DA BOGA deriving any liability from the matter. Cases of force majeure shall be taken to include anything that prevents delivery of the order for a reason beyond the control of the parties, for example, but not restricted to, strikes, war, flood or other natural catastrophe, a lack of materials, or a failure in the supply of materials.
ADEGA PONTE DA BOGA, S.L., shall use the information provided by the Customer to manage and handle the purchasing process.
