2021 Harvest

The slate soil of San Vitorio vineyard, on the banks of the Miño river, leads this wine towards spieces, black fruits and liquorice. The schist soil in the plots of the Sil and Bibei river accompany the rest of its journey with red fruits and flowers.

  • Atlantic climate with continental influence.
  • 100% Mencía grape.
  • Grape destemmed and crushed, fermentation for 10 days with gentle pumping, followed by a maceration during 8 days.
  • Aged in French oak of second and third use for 4 months

13,5% alc. vol. | We recommend decanting the wine before serving at around 15ºC
