2021 Harvest
The slate soil of San Vitorio vineyard, on the banks of the Miño river, leads this wine towards spieces, black fruits and liquorice. The schist soil in the plots of the Sil and Bibei river accompany the rest of its journey with red fruits and flowers.

- Grape destemmed and crushed, fermentation for 10 days with gentle pumping, followed by a maceration during 8 days.
- Aged in French oak of second and third use for 4 months

Its adaptation to the environment is excellent, providing wines that in their youth are fresh, fruity, with intense floral and fruity notes, which with aging evolve into delicate spicy notes, without losing the freshness and fruitiness.
